The Mirage's newly redesigned guest rooms feature rich hues and imported fabrics in a refined atmosphere of sophisticated comfort. Many are available with breathtaking views of the tropical pool, majestic mountains or Las Vegas Strip.

Located midway on the Vegas Strip, the Mirage is committed to excellent entertainment, dining and renown attractions.

The Mirage ushered in several new eras for Las Vegas: A new commitment to quality and excellence, a bonafide effort to make casino interiors more aesthetically pleasing and a building boom that continues to this day.

Looking around, it is readily apparent why the Mirage spurred its neighbors on to greater things. The hotel is done in cool Polynesian touches and festooned with tropical greenery; the entrance to the casino is through a 90-foot-high glass atrium filled with royal palms, orchids and banana trees.

POOL - The lush, tropical pool area at The Mirage consists of two pools and encompasses a series of wandering, interconnected lagoons. Swim or walk to either of two palm tree-lined islands to bask in the sun or stroll between cliffs where water streams into deep grottos. Wander over one-quarter mile of shoreline, unwind in one of three Jacuzzis, enjoy a water-aerobics class or take a plunge into the clear water by way of one of three waterslides.

Lifeguards are on duty each day, and a complete staff of pool attendants is available to provide complimentary towels and lounge chairs. Pool rafts are available for rent, and complimentary life jackets are available for children.

The Mirage pool area is open year-round, and hours of operation vary according to season. The pool area is closed for approximately one month each year, typically in December, for scheduled maintenance. The pools are heated year-round. Pool access is restricted to registered guests.

Surrounding the pool in this tropical garden are The Paradise Cafe and The Dolphin Bar, where you can enjoy lunch or sip a cool drink under colorful umbrellas. Beverage service is also offered.

GIFTS/FLOWERS - Floral arrangements, balloon bouquets and a variety of special gift baskets can be ordered through the hotel and delivered directly to the guest's room. GUEST ROOMS - Welcome to the new guest rooms at The Mirage. Each of the 2,763 deluxe and tower deluxe rooms has been redesigned to provide guests all the comforts of home, while maintaining a tasteful South Seas beauty. Recently renovated in March, 2002, each room feels more residential and sophisticated. Plush fabrics, rich hues, tasteful botanical prints, custom-designed artwork and fine furnishings combine to create a romantically indulgent getaway for guests.

The rooms are decorated in two color schemes: a cheerful and casually elegant room colored with shades of soft yellow with verdant accents or a rich, gracefully decorated room with shades of cedar and cranberry.

Each room is furnished with an elegant custom-designed armoire that accommodates a 25-inch color-television and encloses a fully stocked mini bar.

For the business traveler, the room features a desk and desk lamp as well as two phones with dual phone lines allowing for convenient Internet access.

With stately marble entries and bathrooms, the guest rooms are as refined as they are comfortable. Visitors will enjoy lavishly appointed bathrooms, complete with marble-topped vanity tables, plush sitting-stools, lighted make-up mirrors and hair dryers.
