  Dining day or night, the Texas Cafe provides our guests with a selection of daily specials from our 24-hour menu. Choose from our award winning Breakfast specials, Dinner entrees, and Mexican entrees.
• Feast Around The World
  The Feast Around The World Buffet offers a large variety of foods for all tastes. Our Latin station has a made to order fajita station and specialty chilies and salsa bar. Our Italian station has delicious pastas and other Italian dishes, or enjoy our famous deep pit BBQ with a carving station. This is just a "taste" of what the Feast Around The World Buffet has to offer.
• Oyster Bar
  The Lunch menu features both Manhattan and New England Clam Chowders, delicious House Roasts and Gumbos, Great Salads, and Sandwiches that include grilled chicken, shrimp salad and tuna salad.

  The Dinner menu features a selection from the Bayou to the Gulf, great pan roasts featuring oysters, shrimp, crab or lobster. Also, we have Linguini with clams, New Orleans Bouillabaisse, Shrimp Scampi, Etoufee and a selection of authentic New Orleans Gumbos (shrimp, lobster, and chicken).

  Executive Chef, Frank Grill and his team at Austins Steakhouse take extreme pride in preparing every dish to perfection. Using only USDA Graded Prime Meat that is Dry Aged 21 days, hand cut on premises, marinated in our own special marinate, and Mesquite Charcoal broiled, creates a unique flavor profile that is unmatched!
